Nutella - this shit is bad for you…. “Ingredients: sugar, modified palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, skim milk powder, whey powder, soy lecithin, vanillin.” Notice the first two ingredients are sugar and palm oil. Statistically speaking, in every 19 grams per serving, 11 grams are sugar; which means whats more than 50% in the jar are pure sugar. But don’t get me wrong, I still eat it in most of my mornings - its fast, gets me full & it’s delicious….in the end, it gets the job done.

 I’ve been feeling a bit bloated lately and beginning to lose visibility of my jawline, so I’d begun a watermelon diet.  Since watermelon is almost all water (94% to be exact) it flushes out excess water in your body to reduce bloating and it actually makes you quite full, therefore it makes you eat less. I tend to get hungry every 2-3 hours so it’s definitely a plus for me. Watermelon also contains a very high source of Antioxidant, Vitamin B6, Vitamin A & Vitamin C (yes, not only oranges provides Vitamin C, but you can find it in almost all red flesh looking fruits - with strawberry being an exception) As you can see, eating a watermelon is almost like taking a multivitamin pill every morning, except it’s a lot tastier.   I’m currently 5 days into my diet. Even though I don’t see much of a difference in my appearance, I, however do feel a lot lighter and have more energy through out the day. I need to restock if I want to continue my diet, they’re only a buck each at supermarkets and you cannot go wrong with that price over benefit ratio. So, take advantage while they’re still in season!

Salar de Uyuni is the worlds largest salt flat, located in Bolivia. In the dry season, the planes are a expanse of dry salt. But during the wet season, it is covered with a thin layer of water which reflects the whole sky like a mirror. My dream is to hold my wedding here.
